Forest BAthing
As an artist, Chelsea is humbled and grateful to have the privilege of exploring local forests and beaches on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. Forest Bathing is a journey back to the whimsical child like imaginings and curiosity of the natural world. This series was inspired by countless hours spent roaming both the east and west coastlines of Canada. Created in Photoshop and Procreate, Chelsea merges whimsical imaginings of life under the ocean with the awe inspiring experiences to be had in local land based forests.
Giclée prints of each of the Forest Bathing series are available for purchase. All prints are produced in Victoria, BC on acid-free fine art paper using archival quality inks.
